My name is Alayne and I am a full spectrum doula.

I have been learning and navigating the world of birth work since 2018. In 2024 I decided to take the leap to make this my full time career.

I am local to Muskegon, MI and work with clients in Muskegon, Ottawa, Kent, Oceana and Newaygo counties.

I work independently and with How YOU Birth Doula Services.

I am a MDHHS and Medicaid enrolled labor and postpartum doula.

I have trained with both Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings and DONA International.

Supporting families through big changes is one of my biggest passions!

I have always felt immense satisfaction from helping others through life changing transitions. I believe having others around us in times of change helps to ease the discomfort that usually accompanies it - even when it’s a positive one! Life changes are hard and having a trusted, calm and caring person by our sides makes a huge difference. I aim to support my clients in a way that allows them to feel heard, held, informed and confident. My goal is to provide a sense of calm, education and support so that you can feel empowered on your journey to and through parenthood.
